Diplomacredits in partnership with LSEE, UK (Center ID: 7587) offer the courses completely online with no exams through the UK Accredited Centre. Upon completion of each course an assignment will pop up in your account which needs to be submitted once completed. Our team of examiners from respective fields will evaluate as per OFQUAL guidelines as a first stage, then for the second stage they will be submitted to the awarding body for a second evaluation. Course Structure & Qualifications
Advanced Entry is when an applicant has previous educational achievements that are considered as endorsed transfer credits to the course they wish to apply for. In such a case, it is possible to gain entry to the second or subsequent year of an undergraduate course with exemptions that are recognized by the university itself. Each university differs on the number of exemptions as not all courses have the same curriculum.
Anyone who has completed 10 years of education and / has a high school diploma and is over the age of 16+.
Level 3 – Completion of 10 years of education. Level 4 is for students who have completed 12 years of education and have a high school certificate. Once they complete level 4 then they can progress to Level 5.
Diploma Level 3 is for students that are over 16 years of age and above which do not have a high school leaving certificate or A Levels and minimum 10 years of education. It is also suitable for adults that did not have the opportunity to gain a high school certificate and are interested in higher education / degree to accelerate in their career. Diploma Level 3 allows students to enter Universities that are under the UK Government (anywhere in the world), or franchised in The Republic of Cyprus. For example Alexander College (Larnaca & Pafos) offers UK degrees from Canterbury Christ Church University.
For students without a high school leaving certificate, DO NOT Qualify to apply for a student visa, as it’s a regulation by the Ministry of Education in Cyprus. All students MUST HAVE 12 YEARS of education to be able to get a student visa until further notice.
The credits / exemptions for each foundation level is equivalent to one year of university credits (Each case is evaluated differently according to the university and the major a student decides to follow). Level 4 & 5 have a total of 240 credits.
Each university accepts students with the OFQUAL Regulated transcript as TRANSFER STUDENTS. ALL Students MUST Complete minimum TWO Years of in house courses to be able to graduate from Any FOUR YEAR DEGREE PROGRAM, as its mandatory by the Ministry of Education and residency law. (If a student completes a course from a UK or franchise university they can graduate in one year if they have already completed level 4 & 5 Foundation Courses after completing 12 years of schooling, and level 3,4 & 5 after completing 10 years of schooling.)
Minimum time to complete a foundation course is three months, as this is a regulation by OFQUAL. If a student requires to take more than 3 months then it’s their decision and does not have any penalties.
OFQUAL regulates the diplomas as (Fast Track) and awards the students by completing their online assignments with no exams. Minimum requirements are to complete six assignments online in three months.
Fast Track qualification is for students who wish to get advanced entry into a university; therefore, the number of credits received for each course level is more important than the time spent to complete the course.
What Is a Fast Track Qualification?
Fast Track qualification is for students who wish to get advanced entry into a university either because of age or work skills experience, therefore the number of credits received for each course level is more important than the time spent to complete the course. Anyone over the age of 16 can apply for advance entry qualification to higher education after completing Levels 4 & 5.

For Level 3, a candidate MUST have completed 10 years of education.
For Level 4 a candidate MUST have completed 12 years of education and a high school diploma.
For Level 5 a candidate MUST have completed Level 4.
Each course has 6 assignments to be completed online. (20 credits per assignment)
Once all assignments are completed, they are uploaded to their personalised portal. (Total of 120 credits)
The assignments are examined by the awarding body for plagiarism and a QR Code is endorsed on the diploma with the student’s name and candidate number, which is connected to OFQUAL Awarding body in UK.
Finally, once the assignments have been examined, then the awarding body will issue the Transcript along with the Certificate of the Course in approximately one month from the date of assignment submission. All certificates have a QR Code for verification.
Entry Requirements
NO proof of English proficiency is required, but it is recommended to be at B2 Level of English on the CEFR scale. If students require English training, then native teachers can be recommended for them.
NO exam is required, just proof of educational background certificates.
No IELTS or any other English proficiency exam is required as ALL courses are assignment based and no exams will be taken at the end of the course.
No exams are required to be eligible to apply for the Foundation Courses Level 3, 4, or 5. (Documents required to apply: Passport, High School Diploma, CV / Statement Letter)
As the Ministry of Cyprus requires a high school certificate to issue a student visa, NO international student visa can be applied for Cyprus, but UK, accepts level 3 as equivalent to a high school diploma or A Level.
YES, residents such as Cypriots, Chinese, Russian etc. with only 10 years of education can complete Level 3 and then register into a franchised UK university that is based in Cyprus to complete their Bachelor’s Degree.
University Pathways & Recognition
Yes, Diplomacredits is regulated by OFQUAL and WES which are accepted in universities around the world. Each university has their own regulations regarding exemptions.
Each candidate MUST have a Passport, Education Document (High school diploma), CV / Personal Statement.
Many universities in UK accept advanced entry diploma courses from QUALIFI. We suggest you inquire with the university before applying for the progression.
All universities in Cyprus accept applicants as transfer students with evidence of completion of the Level 4 and 5 OFQUAL TRANSCRIPTS.
YES, Unconditional offer letters were provided to the applicants that had completed the online foundation course by following the Diplomacredits process. (Testimonials can be viewed on the website)
Upon completion of the online Diploma Courses the student will have to contact our Education Consultant to assist them to apply to the university of their choice. A candidate can also apply on their own initiative to a university of their choice by providing the Certificates and Transcripts of the Diplomas they will receive once they complete their course.
All candidates receive an offer letter with their Diploma Credits Transcripts and Certificates awarded by OFQUAL. Exemptions to courses are always subject to the terms and conditions of the university one chooses to study and the country the student wishes to apply for.
Officially all global universities have the authority to accept Fast Track students or Transfer of Credits Students. Candidates that wish to apply for a university can also research the university prior to applying for it.
For example, in the Republic of Cyprus (European Country) all universities and colleges accept students with the OFQUAL diplomas for advanced entry qualifications.
DiplomaCredits.com does not apply for students to get offer letters from universities but can refer education consultants in their region to assist them.
Fees & Payments
Candidates can pay for their course fees either by credit card online or via Invoice by bank transfer. Diploma Credits can issue an invoice upon request from the Consultant or Student.
The process for the online Diploma Credits Platform provides students with full access to the course materials once they make the payment. Therefore, with the instalment plan they would not be able to have full access to complete the course and receive the 120 credits required for advanced entry qualification. (Offer Letters can be provided upon request for student loan applications that will enable students to pay with monthly instalments)
Once the fees have been received and cleared by Diploma Credits, the student will have access to their login details within 3 to 5 working days to begin the course excluding weekends and national holidays.
Once payment has been made, proof of payment will be required to complete the entire process of registration and a receipt will be issued acknowledging the payment if the payment is made online via the diplomacredits.com portal. If the payment is made via bank transfer as per the invoice issued by our Accounts Dept, you can request payment confirmation from your respective bank.
No hidden fees will be applied for the certification process. Once the course is completed, the student will be able to receive the Diploma along with the Transcript and a reference letter.
